Faces of Esquilino is a project created for the magazine Reflective Photo that explores one of the most dense and layered neighborhoods in central Rome. Esquilino—a crossroads of languages, cultures, and everyday life—takes shape through a series of environmental portraits: faces encountered on the street, direct gazes, presence. It is an intimate and respectful account of the neighborhood’s plural identity, where photography becomes encounter and memory.
